Brian Faust directs strategic, operational, and financial initiatives for the company. He is also Managing Director of Contrail Financial LLC, a boutique financial consultancy providing strategic and operational finance and M&A expertise.

Previously, Brian was CFO of ooVoo, the world’s largest, independently held video-chat app with over 185 million global users. He was also M&A Director & CFO of Myrian Capital, a direct-investing firm with global, technology-based holdings. Additionally, Brian spent several years in various financial & corporate development roles at Teradata Corp, NCR, and Reynolds & Reynolds where he specialized in acquisitions, divestitures, combinations, strategic partnerships, and other complex activities.

Brian holds a Bachelor’s degree from Wright State University and an MBA from the University of Dayton.  He is a licensed pilot and a United States Army veteran.
